Requirements:
Requirements for education, supervision and personal therapy
You must have:
Basic psychological education (bachelor’s / master’s degree / specialist’s degree) or a diploma of professional retraining in psychology on the basis of another higher education; Completed therapeutic education in a long-term program (guideline – 500 hours for all approaches).
Personal therapy and supervision:
Personal therapy for at least a year (for all approaches except CBT and ORCT based on international requirements).
Supervision of at least 150 hours. If you have not had supervision in the last 2 years, then along with a letter from the previous supervisor, we request letters of recommendation from colleagues who have seen you at work.

Carefully study the requirements
We put forward certain requirements for psychologists. In addition to basic psychology education, you must have: completed therapeutic education in one of the approaches, at least 150 hours of supervision, and at least 1 year of personal therapy.

Attach all necessary documents
Attach scans of diplomas, certificates of basic psychological and additional education. You can also attach letters of supervision and personal therapy – this will speed up the registration process.

Take a competency test
The test was developed on the basis of the laboratory of counseling psychology and psychotherapy of the Psychological Institute of the Russian Academy of Education on the basis of scientific research. The test usually takes approximately 40 minutes.

How to prepare for the test?
Take a test on your knowledge of the rules of ethics in counseling and psychotherapy. To successfully pass the registration test, we recommend that you review and become familiar with the text of the code of ethics.

Pass the interview
Video interviews are conducted by our specialists in counseling psychology and psychotherapy. The conversation takes approximately 30 minutes.

Start cooperation
At this stage, it is possible to request missing documents, for example, letters of personal therapy and supervision. After the final verification of documents, you will have access to your personal account and will be able to start working with clients.
