Examples of requests for a coach:

• work on habits: the desire to eat correctly, but it is not possible to implement them;
• getting used to life changes and finding resources to achieve the desired result;
• postponing important tasks, I really need to, but I don’t do it, putting it off until tomorrow;
• defining a task plan: what I want to achieve and how to do it quickly and efficiently;
• search for values and life guidelines: my true self, what I really want and why I need it;
• identifying motivating and supporting actions to achieve the desired result.

As a result of working with a coach you will receive:

• Safe emotional self-regulation skills;
• awareness of eating behavior – learn to focus on the feeling of hunger
• determine the body’s objective nutritional needs;
• skills for dealing with crisis situations – after being accompanied by a coach, the likelihood of relapse of the disease during severe stress decreases;
• communication methods – the ability to build constructive, friendly relationships with people allows you to make a person’s life comfortable and learn to cope with stress.

How it goes:

• consultation with a psychologist – 2 times a week;
• online support – daily;
• individual program for each client;
• individual nutrition program for each client;
• consultation with a nutritionist, endocrinologist – individually for each client if necessary.

How the consultation goes:

1. Register in your personal account
2. Pay for the session, choose a specialist, a convenient date and time, and wait for the call.
3. The consultation lasts 50 minutes during which you will meet a psychologist, discuss your request and, together with a specialist, study the problem more deeply.
